Vela started in 2017 in Rotterdam, after our founders spent a decade watching construction firms hold quality inspection together with spreadsheets and goodwill.

Today a team of 67 works on one platform, used across 23 countries. We are profitable, independently owned, and we intend to stay both.

What we care about

Boring reliability. The people using Vela are usually standing up, often outdoors, and never in the mood for a loading spinner.

Your data is yours. Full export in open formats, at any time, without asking us first.

No surprise invoices. Per-seat pricing, published on the website, the same for everyone.
